We don't post specific openings here. We hire as projects come in, which means there's almost always a seat opening up somewhere. SAFETY CULTURE
Real safety, not a poster.
Every crew runs a daily tailgate before the rig starts. Crew chiefs are required and empowered to call a stop if something feels wrong. We pay for the time it takes to do that.
OSHA 30 is on the way to required for crew chiefs. HAZWOPER currency is maintained for the environmental crew. MSHA training is current for any work touching active mining operations.
EMR rate, insurance posture, and incident history are sharable on request. We know procurement asks, and we keep paperwork ready.
