WHAT IT IS
Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, monitoring well installations, and soil sampling for environmental consultants. Decontamination procedures between borings; soil and water samples handled to chain-of-custody standards.
We've worked closure programs at gas stations, light industrial sites, and brownfield redevelopments. Every state in our corridor has different DEQ paperwork; we know which forms each one wants.

- Phase II ESA borings (typical 4–12 per site)
- Soil samples per EPA SW-846 / state DEQ
- Groundwater monitoring wells (2-inch / 4-inch PVC)
- Chain-of-custody documentation
- Decontamination between holes (steam clean + rinse)
