OUR DRILLING FLEET

OUR DRILLING FLEET

MAK Drilling operates a four-rig fleet configured for a wide range of site conditions — from dry fields and paved surfaces to mud, snow, standing water, and rugged off-road terrain. Our equipment is maintained, field-ready, and matched to the demands of Midwest drilling work.

Fleet Overview

Every project gets the right rig for the job. Our fleet includes track-mounted, truck-mounted, and all-terrain configurations that allow us to mobilize on sites where access and ground conditions vary.

We operate year-round across the Midwest, ensuring our equipment is ready for any seasonal ground condition or site challenge.

2019 MOBILE B-48X

Specs:
Year: 2019
Make / Model: Mobile B-48X
Primary Terrain: Rugged terrain, mud

The Mobile B-48X is our newest rig and is built for challenging access conditions. It performs on rugged, uneven terrain and in muddy ground conditions where wheeled equipment would struggle. This rig is well-suited for off-road site investigations, difficult-access boring programs, and sites where ground disturbance needs to be minimized.

1988 CME-75

Specs:
Year: 1988
Make / Model: CME-75
Primary Terrain: Dry fields, parking lots, paved surfaces

The CME-75 is a proven, reliable platform for standard geotechnical boring programs on accessible sites. It performs well on dry, firm ground — including agricultural fields, paved lots, and improved surfaces. This rig is a workhorse for straightforward site investigations where access is not a limiting factor.

2007 CME-550X

Specs:
Year: 2007
Make / Model: CME-550X
Primary Terrain: Mud, snow, standing water, rugged terrain

The CME-550X is a versatile all-terrain rig capable of operating in some of the most demanding site conditions we encounter. It handles mud, snow, standing water, and rugged off-road terrain — making it a go-to for Midwest projects where seasonal conditions and soft ground are part of the job. This rig supports both geotechnical and environmental drilling programs.

1993 CME-750

Specs:
Year: 1993
Make / Model: CME-750
Primary Terrain: Mud, snow, standing water, rugged terrain

The CME-750 is a heavy-duty rig with a long track record on difficult-access and all-terrain sites. Like the CME-550X, it is configured for mud, snow, water, and rugged conditions, giving our fleet redundant capacity for the most challenging Midwest site environments. This rig supports geotechnical, environmental, and infrastructure drilling programs.
